Sunset Floating Sound Bath
with Erica and Ali
Experience sunset from the water in this immersive paddleboard offering guided by Erica and Ali. Participants will settle onto their paddleboards as Erica gently leads a restorative yoga sequence designed to support deep relaxation, open the body, and quiet the nervous system.
As the body softens into restorative postures, Ali will weave in a live sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls. Together, movement, stillness, water, and sound create a deeply restorative experience held within the natural rhythm of golden hour.
No paddleboarding experience is necessary beyond being comfortable on the water. Combining the restorative elements of water, sound, and sunset, this offering creates a unique opportunity to slow down, nourish your nervous system, and end the day in a state of calm and connection.
Please Note: This is a special add-on experience and is not included with festival day pass admission. Separate registration is required, and space is limited. Paddle boards are provided.

Among the Herd
Among the Herd is a free, self-paced drop-in experience where festival guests are invited to slow down and share space with the horses. There is no agenda, instruction, or expectation—just an opportunity to breathe, observe, and experience the calming presence of the herd.
Horses are naturally aware of the world around them and often invite us to become more aware of ourselves. Spending time in their presence can encourage mindfulness, grounding, and a sense of calm as you reconnect with nature and your own nervous system.
No horse experience is necessary, and no horseback riding is involved.
Drop-In Times
Pasture Session
10:30–11:45 AM
Meet us in the pasture for a peaceful morning of quiet presence with the herd. Stop by anytime during this window and stay for as little or as long as you'd like.
Sunset Beach Session
6:00–7:00 PM
Join us at the beach during golden hour sunset for another opportunity to connect with the horses. Guests are invited to quietly spend time with the herd while enjoying the peaceful presence of the horses in a beautiful natural setting.
During this session, we will have flowers available for guests to gently braid into the horses’ manes, creating a meaningful and memorable moment of connection. Flower braiding will be available as the horses are comfortable and willing to participate.
This is a drop-in experience, so you’re welcome to come and go at any time during the hour—it is not intended to last the full hour for each participant.
This is a free experience and is donation-based. All proceeds go to the horses. Donate Here <3

Sacred Herd: An Equine-Guided Meditation & Connection Experience
with Harnessing Hope and Shyla Sharp
Sacred Herd is a unique equine-guided meditation experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and experience the calming presence of horses in a peaceful natural setting. Through guided mindfulness, gentle reflection, and intentional observation, participants will have the opportunity to explore presence, emotional awareness, and authentic connection—without riding or requiring any previous horse experience.
Participants will be comfortably seated in chairs in an open field while the horses roam freely nearby. This setup allows everyone to experience the peaceful presence of the herd in a safe, relaxed environment while remaining grounded and fully present.
Horses naturally respond to human energy and emotion, offering a powerful opportunity to practice grounding, self-awareness, and nervous system regulation. Together, we'll create space to breathe deeply, reconnect with nature, and experience the restorative power of simply being present.
This experience is ideal for anyone seeking deeper connection, stress relief, personal reflection, or a meaningful encounter with these remarkable animals.
