Cultivating Connection for Wellbeing with Gwen
After sharing a little about how connection is beneficial to our health, we 'll look at the people in our lives as a garden that surrounds us. What tending does the garden need? Where is there nourishment, just waiting to be picked? Are there areas choked with weeds? Is our garden overplanted and in need of thinning?
Time and attention are the most precious resources we have. Getting intentional about spending it with people who make our lives richer and more vibrant can increase our happiness and wellbeing. This workshop will help you cultivate relationships that bring you into bloom.
Breath Sound and Mindfulness with Ali
Join Ali for a deeply restorative 60- minute sound bath. Join us in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, gong, and other sacred instruments—each sound intentionally woven together to calm your mind and relax your nervous system. We’ll begin with gentle breathwork and simple physical preparation to help the body settle and the mind soften—creating the perfect foundation for stillness.
As the frequencies move through your body, they help to reduce stress, lower blood pressure, slow heart rate, and support immune balance. Surrounded by the inspiring energy of art, you’ll be invited to fully unwind—allowing the sounds to encourage deep relaxation, emotional release, and mental clarity.
Ayurveda Applied with Daryl
What does Ayurveda, a 5,000 year old medical science offer you today? A paradigm of health and longevity? An illuminated state of self knowledge empowering you to become your own best health provider? Perhaps this and more? Come find out as we journey into Ayurveda, conventional healthcare, and the American food system.

Opening Circle with Shyla Sharp
Begin your Little Blue River Wellness Festival experience by gathering in community for a 30-minute opening circle with founder Shyla Sharp. This intentional space is an opportunity to arrive, connect, and ground into the heart of the weekend ahead.
Together, we will explore the festival layout, the intention, and how to create a meaningful experience as you move through the day. We will slow down with a short tea ceremony, using this moment of presence and gratitude to connect with ourselves, one another, and the intention we carry into this shared space.
The circle will close with a collective intention and prayer, inviting openness, connection, and mindfulness as we begin our journey together.
Moving Mudra Meditation: Wonder Within with Cheryl
Our earliest experiences quietly shape the way we move through the world. They influence how we relate to ourselves, others, and life itself. This practice is an invitation to reconnect with those foundations—not to fix or analyze them, but simply to meet them with wonder, curiosity, and compassion.
Together we will gently stretch, breathe, and learn a series of simple hand gestures (mudras) before weaving them into a flowing meditation accompanied by the universal mantra Aad Guray Nameh. No previous experience with meditation, yoga, or mantra is needed.
Through movement, breath, sound, and stillness, you'll be invited into a deeply personal experience of listening to your own inner wisdom. There is nothing to achieve and no right or wrong way to practice—only an opportunity to become present with yourself in a new way.
This 45-minute practice stands beautifully on its own, while also serving as the foundation for a Kundalini Yoga practice that offers an opportunity to deepen and expand the experience.
Life Support: Addiction, compassion, & resiliency with Jessica & Zach
Their support group, Life Support, was created as a safe, judgment-free space for people who are ready for change, but may not know where to begin. Inspired by their podcast episode “Why Does Change Feel Impossible? Addiction and Our Learned Survival Wiring,” Life Support focuses on understanding addiction, habits, trauma patterns, and survival wiring with compassion instead of shame.
Zach and Jessica believe that change is not about being broken—it is about remembering your power. Their mission is to empower people to take honest steps forward, reconnect with themselves, and fan the spark that still exists inside each of us.
Rebirth: A Kundalini Yoga Practice with Cheryl
Transformation doesn't happen through force—it happens when we create space for something new to emerge.
In this 75-minute Kundalini Yoga experience, we will explore traditional kriyas, breathwork, meditation, and deep relaxation designed to cultivate the energy of renewal. Together we'll create the conditions for old patterns to soften, allowing greater clarity, vitality, and presence to arise.
The class concludes with a 15-minute deep relaxation and integration, offering time for the body and nervous system to absorb the practice.
This session can be experienced on its own, but it also beautifully complements the Moving Mudra Meditation, creating a deeper journey into self-awareness and embodied transformation.
Ceremonial Cacao Experience with Kandice Shaw
Join Kandice Shaw for a heart-centered cacao ceremony designed to invite presence, connection, and reflection. Through the intentional sharing of ceremonial cacao, guided meditation, breath, and mindful practices, guests will be invited to slow down, connect inward, and create space for intention and renewal.
Kandice is a multidisciplinary healer, teacher, and guide who weaves together mindfulness, yoga, Reiki, Ayurveda, and modern ritual to create grounded spaces for self-discovery and connection. Her offerings invite participants to reconnect with themselves through compassion, awareness, and community.
This gentle ceremony offers an opportunity to pause from the busyness of everyday life, open your heart, and experience the beauty of gathering in community. No previous experience is needed—simply come as you are.

Grief to Grace with Page Park
A compassionate circle for anyone carrying grief, loss, or life transitions. Come gather, move, connect, and leave a little lighter.
Through honest conversation anchored in a monthly theme, we create space for grief to be witnessed. Share as much or as little as feels right. No fixing. No advice. Just real people holding space for one another.
Gentle movement invites us to reconnect with the body, release what we’ve been carrying, and make room for what words cannot always express. No yoga experience is needed—just arrive exactly as you are.
Each circle closes with sound, offering the nervous system an opportunity to settle, integrate, and return home feeling a little softer than when you arrived.
Forest Bathing with Michelle
Forest Bathing is an intentional practice of spending time in natural spaces. Participants “bathe” in the sights, sounds, textures, smells, and tastes provided by the forest. Forest Bathing has its roots in the Japanese practice of "Shinrin-yoku." This is a research-based practice and studies show a variety of physical, mental, and emotional health benefits, such as better sleep, enhanced immunity, less stress, increased feelings of energy, joy, and connection.
Your Forest Bathing Guide facilitates this experience through a series of sensory-based invitations. These simple invitations promote connection to self, others, and natural spaces.
Yoga Nidra with Live Musical Accompaniment with Brandi & Joe
Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep,” is a beautiful practice of non-doing, deep rest, and surrender. Through guided awareness, breath, and intentional relaxation, you will be invited to soften the body into a sleep-like state while the mind remains gently awake and receptive.
With your permission, allow yourself to be guided inward through a journey created by your own imagination and supported by mindful instruction. As the body rests and the nervous system settles, Yoga Nidra offers a space to reconnect with yourself, release tension, and awaken to a deeper sense of presence.
This immersive experience will be accompanied by the ambient musical landscapes of Joe Cripe, whose live guitar soundscapes create a calming atmosphere to support your journey into stillness and restoration.
Join us for the festival’s solo finale workshop after dark, where the energy of the day softens into quiet reflection. Gather beneath the gentle glow of Edison lights as you settle into deep rest, allowing the evening to close with intention, connection, and a return to yourself.
No prior yoga or meditation experience is needed—simply arrive as you are and allow yourself to receive.

Restorative Bliss with Laura
Restorative Bliss is a one-hour invitation to fully let go. You'll settle into supported poses held for several minutes at a time, allowing your body to release tension without effort or strain. This slow, nourishing practice calms the nervous system, eases chronic stress, and creates space for deep rest in a world that rarely stops moving. Connect back to yourself with ease.
The Labyrinth as Meditation with Laura
Step into stillness with this session that blends a guided labyrinth walk with a look into the rich history behind this ancient practice. You'll learn how labyrinths have been used for thousands of years across cultures — from meditation and pilgrimage to ritual and healing — before experiencing one yourself. Unlike a maze, a labyrinth has a single winding path with nothing to solve, only a rhythm to find as you walk inward toward center and back out again. This gentle blend of learning and movement invites clarity, releases tension, and reconnects you with ancient wisdom — no experience necessary, just an open mind and comfortable shoes.
