Music at Little Blue River moves at the pace of the land. Sound drifts through the day, offering moments to slow down, tune in, or gently move. Rather than a stage to watch, music becomes part of the shared space — something you feel alongside others.

Sound & the Body

Music invites the body to respond in its own way. Steady rhythms support the breath, soft tones encourage settling, and collective sound creates a sense of ease and connection. This is music meant to be experienced, not rushed.

Evening Sound

As daylight fades, music softens into the background of firelight, night air, and familiar outdoor sounds. These evenings offer space to unwind, reflect, and rest into the rhythm of the land.

Sound has a natural way of grounding and connecting us. At Little Blue River, music supports presence, shared experience, and a deeper sense of being at home — in your body and in the place you’re standing.

Rebecca Samples

Rebecca weaves together textured acoustic guitar, clawhammer banjo, and warm spirited vocals into an experience of peace and joy. As a seasoned folk songwriter and energetic sound healer, she understands the medicine of music and this comes through her spirit songs. Don’t be surprised if you hear Native American flute, mountain dulcimer or a singing bowl in one of her songs!

Kerry Owens

Kerry Owens is a live guitarist and songwriter with a small-town heart and a big-city sound. An artist, singer, plant lover, and actor, Kerry blends heartfelt melodies with the ease of someone who has carried music in their soul forever. Just an ordinary kid with extraordinary dreams, sharing songs that feel both grounded and expansive.

Joe Cripe

For Joe Cripe, music is a labor of love. Based in Broad Ripple, Indiana, Joe has been leading guitar yoga soundbaths throughout Indianapolis since 2022. His immersive live performances blend ambient guitar, cascading delays, and improvised looped melodies, creating a calming soundscape that unfolds in the moment. Joe’s music has been featured on NPR’s All Things Considered, and he has recorded at Bob Dylan’s former home and studio in Minnesota.

Lance

Lance picked up his first guitar at 14 and never looked back. A genre-blending musician and visual artist, he draws from a wide spectrum of sound and color to express his journey of healing and self-discovery. For Lance, music and art are not just creative outlets—they are tools for transformation. Guided by his personal motto, “Living Loud,” he brings bold expression and emotional honesty to everything he creates. Believing deeply in the impact of what we see and hear, Lance invites listeners to feel fully and live authentically.

Meghan Cristeen Martin

Meghan Cristeen Martin weaves heartfelt stories and soulful melodies through her music.

Meghan started her musical career performing on a ukulele. She has been featured at ukulele festivals such as KYuke Fest and the Brown County Ukulele Festival performing her own original music.

Her music has been featured on various radio stations and podcasts including WFYI: Indianapolis Public Radio’s Small Studio Sessions, WQRT 99.1 FM Indianapolis
