OTHER THINGS TO KNOW

  • Electricity may be available if needed. Please note your needs in the application.

  • Locked storage is not available at night. Vendor is responsible for securing items.

  • Phone data will be necessary to process credit card transactions. There is no Wi-Fi on site.

  • LBRWF is outdoors and happens rain or shine. No refunds will be issued for weather conditions.

  • Cancellation 60 or more days prior to the event will result in a $50 cancellation fee. All cancellations made less than 60 days prior to event are nonrefundable. 

  • Vendors are responsible for their own transportation and meals.
