Third Day Health & Wellness

Tim founded Third Day Health & Wellness in 2016 after his search for complimentary ways to help his family deal with cancer and chemotherapy led him to become certified in Healing Touch energy medicine (CHTP).

Recently retired from a 40-year career in electrical and computer engineering, Tim now focuses most of his attention on Third Day Health, but his engineering background fostered an analytical and systems-oriented mindset that continues to shape his approach to health and wellness, emphasizing the interconnectedness of body, soul, and spirit in the whole person. Together with his son and co-owner, Daniel, they share a passion for holistic wellness, learning, teaching, and guiding others on their wellness journeys.

At Third Day Health, Tim and Daniel offer energy-therapy sessions that work with the body’s subtle-energy systems and support its natural capacities for healing, relaxation, stress reduction, restoration, balance, and overall wellness. Their work also includes guidance and encouragement aimed at helping individuals pursue healthier and more balanced lives.

They are constantly learning new modalities to bring to their clients such as Rife machines, color and sound therapies, red-light therapies, and other forms of energy healing.

Daniel holds certifications in Health Coaching, Life Coaching, and Reiki and continues his studies in energy therapy and holistic wellness. Outside of his work with Third Day Health, he enjoys creative writing, worldbuilding, tabletop role-playing games, philosophy, theology, music, and continued study in holistic health, psychology, and personal development.

Tim holds a BSEE and certification in Healing Touch (CHTP), and is pursuing studies in Holistic Coaching, Christian Counseling, Aromatherapy, Naturopathy, and other forms of energy healing. When he’s not working with clients, Tim is likely to be found exploring his many hobbies, including woodworking, pottery, leatherwork, auto mechanics, construction and remodeling, teaching Bible studies and theology, writing, scuba diving, flying, and sailing.

Ali completed her 200-hour yoga teacher certification in 2016 in Costa Rica. Since then, she has continued her education to include Yin Yoga and Yoga for Cancer and Terminal Illness. In 2020, Ali tapped into a new modality, sound therapy. Through Ali’s journey she has learned to use yoga, breath, sound, and mindfulness as tools to help process, cope, and heal through the challenges in her life. Ali has been offering a variety of yoga and meditation practices for others since 2018. She enjoys sharing a practice consisting of deep breathing exercises (pranayama), various types of meditation, yin/restorative yoga, and the deep healing that comes from the crystal singing bowls.

Gwen Keller-Lusk

Gwen Keller-Lusk is a board-certified health and wellness coach whose journey into wellness began later in life, sparked by a deep realization that true wellbeing requires tending not only to the body, but also to the mind, heart, and spirit.

“my wellness journey began at 45, when I woke up one day and realized if I was lucky, I was middle aged, but I could not live another 45 years in the body I was in at that time. That led to a lot of work - physical, mental, emotional - and finding the right people to support me. After making huge changes, I realized I wanted to empower people to better their own wellbeing, and studied health and wellness coaching at Mindbodygreen. After completing that program, I continued to work to meet the requirements of the National Board of Health and Wellness Coaching and became a board-certified health and wellness coach in December of 2025.

Besides coaching, I enjoy time with my family, creative pursuits, and a wonderful group of friends. Those friends serve as the inspiration of my class offering, Cultivating Connection for Wellbeing. Connection to others is essential for our health and happiness, but in our distracted day and age, it’s easy to lose the threads that connect us. In this class, we’ll explore nurturing relationships using gardening as a metaphor to tend to those who sustain us.”
